		<description>Who says political talent and saavy can only be found in downtown Toronto?  Isn&#039;t that Ignatieff&#039;s problem - too much Toronto all the time?  I really like this appointment on so many levels.  Gary Doer is capable and will be a fine representative of Canada to the USA.  He will bring Western Canadian pragmatism to the forefront.  Then there is the political consideration - its delicious - stymies Jack and his anti US ravings and Ignatieff is flummoxed because its thinking outside the box, something he has never done.  Cheers.</description>
