Being nice and genuine does not cut it for Prime Minister – aka Jean Chretien. Success is not measured by being likeable or gentle – you need a bedrock of determination and a vision of the country that does not bend with the prevailing ill winds. Unfortunately for Dion he fails the test of leadership. He doesn’t know why he wants to be Prime Minister or have a plan to lead the country now or in the future. I was embarrassed for the man but not sorry enough to give him a pass on this interview.

Very sad to watch Mr Dion strikes me as sincere in his beliefs, he did not speak over others in the debates. I am supporting Stephen Harper, Mr Dion is incomprehensible speaking English, I have long suspected he did not understand spoken English either, sad but true. He had what five tries at a question and was not able to answer. We don’t need Mr Dion doing “groundhog day” as a leader of Canada.
