Everyone else who believes in the left's voodoo economics wants to put it towards Smallwood-style projects. And they're always surprised when they learn why I picked the number "30 billion". <br/><br/>It's sad. We could get through World War II without a dime of debt, but experimenting with socialism has left us paying through the nose.
