SOLD OUT?

We had an e-mail from somebody who complained that all the conference discount hotel rooms sold out. I booked mine some time ago, so I wouldn’t know.

While unfortunate for this delegate, if actually true, it bodes well for the attendance numbers!

I know our riding is sending a full contingency.

Liberals are Broke?

The “Government in Wanting” seems to be short on cash for their conference.

Perhaps it is because nobody wants to give money to the Mr. Dither’s party anymore.

Biases

I have biases, so I figured rather than having them come up as some sort of “scandal” pretending I don’t, I would come right out with them.

  1. I think the Government should stay out of our lives as much as possible. Both out of our pocket, and out of our bedrooms.
  2. I think our party should reduce taxes, support our military, reform our democracy, end corporate welfare, and clean up corruption.
  3. I disagree with Mr. Martin and Mr. Harper on gay marriage. While their positions are almost identical (the only difference is what gay couples are called in law), both represent social engineering of one sort or another. Words cannot be defined by Government, they are defined by society. I think Government should take the word marriage out of law completely, and replace it with something less inflamatory, then let society sort out how it is defined.
  4. I find issues around the Party’s Constitution quite boring, but, as a delegate will do my best to make an informed decision on this important document.
  5. I do not think our party should say anything about the “a”-word issue. Unfortunately, saying anything about it at all is detrimental. That’s why I didn’t even use the word.

Wondering about any of my other biases, let me know.

I have a web business, but unlike James Guckert a.k.a. Jeff Gannon, I am not a porn star.
